Be VERY careful with that adapter overseas. I have the exact same adapter, and it specifically states in the instructions the warning that it is NOT to be used for electronics, only for electric components, such as fans, curling irons and similar. It does NOT work as expected for switching power supplies, like you'll find in most common expensive electronic components.
Have that organizer since a week too. I really recommend it. It gets thicker if you put more stuff in it, but it's all good managed. My tablet (shield K1) pair of headphones, earphones and cheap spare earphones, camera accessoires, it all fits.
Why are people hating on this video let alone JD? His vids are a different style than whats out right now. Keep up the good work! And congrats getting on with tld! And I always take my switch me every in my travel bags lol
Appreciate having my back man, but don’t worry, haters don’t bother me. I can’t be for everyone, ya know? If you go around taking everything personal you will never have time to be happy 🤙
Appreciate the kind words, my dude. For sure, Switch is a MUST!
Great video. Heading to NYC in a week and definitely going to pick some of this stuff up. But my big question is about your suitcase...how the HELL did you fit all the clothes you'd need in that little suitcase???
Thanks for being a part of the channel! :) I haven’t done a proper review of the Switch yet but maybe a revisited video is in order lol.
Literally just put up a new video you might like: https://youtu.be/lPv-KMfh9BI
Terrific online video! Up here at Y&S FOOD! we like to discover such type of content. We produce Travel & Food videos as well, all over the world, and we are habitually looking for inspirations and perhaps approaches. Thank You.
Probably one of my newer must haves when traveling is the Anker 5 USB port charger. This allows me to charge all my USB devices using one single powerpoint. And it is multi voltage so all you need is an adapter for the country you are in.
Awesome video. Thanks
Awesome vid, will be going to Italy next month for my honeymoon too and am super excited. What was your favorite part of the trip or something you wouldn’t have wanted to miss while there? Just curious. Also great vid with some great tech travel ideas
Yeah we were in central Italy/Tuscany. Rome, Montecatini Terme, Florence, Lucca, Montecarlo, Siena, Cinque Terre, places like that.
Can’t speak for Milan, Venice, or Lake Como but I can give you hidden gems and must-do’s in Florence. Follow me on Twitter so you can send me a PM and I will give you some tips.
Will be spending 8 days and doing Milan, Lake Como, Florence and Venice and yea should have a some free days to venture out. Looks like based on your footage you may have done more of southern Italy tho.
Great video JD! Glad you guys had a great time! I used to use a Mynt tracker and I sent 2 of them back because it just obliterated my battery life on my S8+, did you notice a change in your battery life when you started using it? That FileHub is pretty dope man!
Has worked fine for me. Haven’t noticed any sag in battery from it. But then again I use it sparingly. Don’t always leave it on unless I am bringing my keys with me or a bag or something like that. So it’s not always on. But I keep one on my key ring and it’s just a habit to turn it on when I take them off the key hook and turn it off when I put it back on. Not sure why it killed your battery. Sorry man.
But for real. The filehub is insane man. Exactly what I needed. That work around for the region lock was a nice hidden gem about it too.
Yes and no, when you have a plug without an earthing (or is grounding the word?) its just fine, but with plugs how need one its inpossible.
But with all off your devices its possible to plug in in Switzerland.
And to give you an example, my desktop computer have a plug with 3 pins, 2 for electricity and one for the earthing.
I'm really glad you enjoyed your trip 😄, even if I'm sorry that in the last part you got problems! Don't let these bad things ruin your beautiful trip memories, and congratulations for everything! 😄
We've got the same obsession: overpacking 😂. I do it especially with clothes (I'm always cold, so, even if it's summer I always take with me some hoodies and "heavy clothes" because you never know 😂).
However, tech that I bring with me is very basic : phone, earbuds, power bank and a buch of cables, chargers and hard disk.
Unfortunately, I still don't have a camera and I usually I don't take my laptop with me. It's an old HP Pavilion Sleekbook and its cpu is very very bad 😂. (Imagine it with windows 10. The cpu goes to 100% with just ONE internet page opened. MY LAPTOP IS SATAN.) Plus, even if you know I love videogames, I stopped bringing with me my PS Vita 'cause it became quite useless (and I'm really sorry for that, it deserved better!).
Btw, the product that really impressed me this time (hard to choose as always lol) was that RawPower wifi/ hub thing (sorry, I can't remember its name 😂).
Have a good day! And welcome back 😄!
